A question about a scan, a licence key, a token pack or a report? Write to us. We answer within two business days, and we would rather hear about a result that looks wrong than have you work around it.
Support
One mailbox, handled by the people who built the scanner. There is no ticket number and no chatbot: you write to a real address and a real person replies.
What to include
- Your account e-mail address, so we can look up the licence or the pack.
- The target PHP version and the version you are coming from.
- The rule id and the message from the report, if the question is about a finding.
- The error text, if a fix failed. Please do not send the whole source file.

Agency and volume licences
If you upgrade many projects and want a fixed price per batch, write to the same address with the number of projects you expect to migrate per month.
Reporting a problem
A wrong finding or a failed fix is a bug and we treat it as one. Include the rule id, the file name and the code fragment, and we will look at it.
